This module consists of the following: Introduction to research done in applied sciences, literature review, research strategy and design, data collections using interviews, questionnaires and online databases, analysis of data using both quantitative and qualitative methods and writing a research project. This module aims to provide students with the knowledge of the essential tools and techniques in order to understand the different characteristics of research, to be able to identify research questions or hypotheses, to consider all different types of sources in order to obtain and write the literature review which is an essential part of a research project. Also the students will be able to choose an appropriate research methodology based on what they want to discover and perform an analysis to obtain results and finally to write a project
